Saving Private Ryan

This movie was very entertaining, I have watched a small part of Saving Private Ryan once before, but watching the full movie was much more enjoyable.  We start the movie off by the main character in the story, his title is in the name, but I don't want to give it away.  The scene starts with this man walking through the World War 2 Arlington memorial/graveyard  He is in late 60s-70s, he walks up to one grave and kneels down and starts crying over it.  Next we get to our main movie, we start at D-Day, Omaha Beach June 6, 1944, and we see our one of our other main characters, Captain John Miller played by Tom Hanks.  The movie's basic overview is that Captain Miller receives an order from a U.S. General to find a Private James Ryan.  Private Ryan lost 3 brothers to the war and his mother back home doesn't want to lose all of her sons.  Captain Miller and his men must find Private James Ryan and bring hm "home."  This journey will test each one of these men's capability, strength, coward, and show them their worst fears.  Overall I enjoyed the movie very much, the shots, lighting, and sound was amazing.  I listened to the entire movie in 8d audio so it was like being in the actual movie when I watched.  The one bad part about the movie was their wasn't any shots of Private James Ryan's life was like after the war was over, just the shot of him as an old man.

I would recommend this movie to perhaps anyone that enjoys a taste of action, friendship, brotherhood, loyalty, and respect.  The movie was very good overall, I enjoyed it, some parts made me laugh even though it's a war movie.  Some of the shots I just loved were the fake people getting put on fire and shooting their own brains out.  The cinematic are great for a movie made in the 1990s (1998).
